We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, beauty and personal care products cannot be returned unless faulty.
To initiate a return, customers must fill out the enquiry form on our website and receive confirmation from us via email before returning the products. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.
Please note: While we try and process returns/refunds as soon as possible, please allow up to 30 days for inspections and refunds once your parcel has been received. We thank you for your patience
If your item arrives damaged, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. K-Pick will cover the return postage cost in the case of faulty or damaged product upon arrival.
